PROBLEM STATEMENT FOR XCEED:

1)SOLENOPSIS:
The round one of SOLENOPSIS will have the same problem statement as mentioned in the SOLENOPSIS event tab. But the course will have only the following difficulties

  • Discontinuities
  • Tee junctions
2)FREIGHTOCOG

The round one of FREIGHTOCOG will have the same rules and constraints as mentioned in the FREIGHTOCOG event tab. In the round one the robot will be tested for the following:
1) Its mobility
2) Its ability to pick the objects (mentioned in the problem statement) in the arena, move with a minimum ground clearance of 1 cm and place them in specified locations





The phase one of the national robotics challenge of KURUKSHETRA 08 is being conducted at MUMBAI, BANGALORE,CALCUTTA.

  • The participants should come well ahead of time to their venue (mentioned for their zone) and register for the event.
  • The same team can participate in BOTH the events.
  • Participants will not be provided any accommodation for the round one held at different zones across the country.
  • Participants will have to bring their college ID cards and register
    Participants are requested NOT to contact the Organizing partner for any info. Please use the contact given in the site.
  • Participants who top the round one in each zone will be entitled to the following benefits:
    - Direct entry into Round 2
    - Free two way train fare for the entire team to participate in round 2 during KURUKSHETRA?08
    - Free accommodation inside the college premises
